I was so happy with how our appointment went. My mom was so comfortable with Kim, and really enjoyed herself, which was great since she normally doesn't like shopping. Thank you for such a great day that my mom and I could spend together!

From the time we walked in the door we felt welcomed and at ease. Joann did a great job selecting dresses for me to try on and was very helpful. The dresses are great quality and quite unique. I would definitely go back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at The Queen's. With the help of Sharon and Alison (who were wonderful) I was able to fine the perfect dress for my daughter's wedding! Highly recommend! Really it's the only place in the Bridal District to go for MOB/MOG dresses!

I love this place! Excellent service complete with private area for me and my daughters and mimosas! I bought a dress in the fall of 2023 for my younger daughter’s wedding in May and I just bought another one in June for my older daughter’s wedding in September. Lots of choices in all different sizes!

I was dreading buying a mother of the bride dress as I was worried that it would take me a long time to find a dress for the October wedding that I liked, was flattering, and comfortable. However, after listening to what kind of wedding it was and what I liked and disliked, the consultant picked 5 dresses. I tried on my favorite first and it was perfect! I bought the first one I tried on - the whole experience took a half an hour. I adore the dress and and will post a picture after the wedding. Highly recommend!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone was thoughtful and kind. I chose a dress I wouldn't have picked for myself and I love it! So thankful for the vast knowledge and experience that was shared with me to help me find the perfect Mother of the Bride dress!

This place was absolutely amazing. Found the perfect MOB dress for my daughters wedding in September. Everyone was so nice. They listened to what I wanted and were able to find the dress that I loved. I am telling everyone I know to go here first. They will love it.

I have gone to a few other "bridal" stores as well as retail stores but have never had the amount of attention that they gave when I walked in. Everyone was very nice, understanding and helpful. It definitely is a no judgment place. I am a plus size MOB and found an amazing dress for my daughters' wedding next year. It made me feel beautiful.

I can’t say enough about how glad I am that I found The Queen’s Lace before my daughter’s wedding! Their selection is far superior to anything I could find online or in the other bridal shops, and Kim made the shopppng experience comfortable and even fun! I received so many wonderful compliments on my dress all wedding night long. I can’t wait to come back for another dress when my son gets engaged!

I just knew my Mother of the Bride's dress would be here and it was! From the moment my friend and I walked thought the door we felt welcomed. Sharon and staff were so attentive and supportive- this was the perfect shopping experience and I found the most beautiful gown for my daughter's destination wedding! I will be posting pictures after the big day! I am telling everyone I know in Lexington, KY to hit I75-N and head to the Queens Lace for the perfect shopping experience!

Kim was amazing to work with during my dress shopping appointment at Queen's Lace. She made me and my daughter feel both welcome and comfortable. Kim learned first about my daughter's wedding plans and my dress selection criteria and immediately made wonderful suggestions to enable us to relax and feel comfortable trying on a variety of dress styles, colors, etc. She read the energy and enthusiasm we had for each dress that I tried on enabling me to make a confident dress choice to wear to my daughter's wedding by the end of our appointment. Such a joyful and productive appointment - felt like we were shopping with a highly knowledgeable and trusted friend. I highly recommend Kim and Queen's Lace.

I am the MOG and brought my mom with me for grandmother dresses. We had such a nice experience and the ladies helping were just amazing! Walked out with two happy customers and two beautiful gowns!

Well, I just got an email from The Queen's Lace and they apologized for what I went thru. I didn't think to call them during my alteration process because I was told the Sale was Final!
The asked for my home address and will REIMBURSE me for the Cost of the Dress that I bought there! They have completely Redeemed Themselves!!! I am happy with their response...

The Day after Christmas, December 26, 2023 my daughter and I shopped at The Queen's Lace. My daughter is getting married on July 20, 2024 in California. I tried on several dresses and picked one that I liked a Long Navy Blue Dress with a "Star Burst" of beading across the top/bodice front & back including the 3/4 sleeves. They do tell you that all the dresses are European Sizes which are very large to start with and you buy off the rack no ordering or returning once you walk out the door. I paid over $700.00. I took the dress to have it altered by a neighbor that does this as a business. First off, at the store when they fit you they use big clips from the back to make the dress fit and look good on you. I found out later, you don't alter from the back, you alter on the sides of the dress where the seams are! Then my neighbor found a 1" Hole and a 3" Snag in the fabric on the back, half way down the dress. I didn't see it at the time in the store, but I am sure the Sales Lady knew it was there! Lastly, my neighbor found that a lot of beading was missing and other beading was hanging loosely. After my neighbor De-construstred the dress & 3 fittings later we decided to donate this $700.00 dress to "Kenzie's Closet" where Prom Dresses are available to girls of all sizes that can't afford dresses. I went to Dillards on June, 2024, they have a department for Women's Formal Dresses. Found a lovely long Navy Blue Dress with appliques and beading on the bodice and sleeves, Size 16W. Fits like a glove!! They even matched the price from Macy's which was $90.00 cheaper on the same dress that I had printed out from their web site, so I paid $225.00!!! Queen's Lace is a Lovely Store, but be aware of what you are buying, look the dress over closely and be prepared that there will be several fittings for their dresses (they don't do fittings-they give you a list of people who do alterations that you pay for!)
