During my shopping experience itself, staff were very attentive and provided great dress recommendations that correlated with what I was looking for. I wasn’t expecting to walk out with a dress, but I did! I received so many compliments on the dress and felt confident and comfortable after wearing it for hours! Lovely concept - not the best execution imho - I had hoped to feel more pampered, like during a bridal fitting.
Ladies with sensitive skin should be able to feel the material in the dress before trying it on… the concept of preventing snags, etc is one thing but to disallow even feeling fabric is excessive.
Price on my dress was $200 over msrp. Felt a bit rushed on trying on dresses and pressured to get my gown after making the decision offsite, as it was expressed the store was slow and could close earlier, and my only opportunity as I was 5 hrs from home on a tight schedule.
Most of the dresses online are not in stock .. as I was told the website isn’t updated. I had went through every image of the mothers in their selections and had many pics stored of ones I had in my head.
I would suggest a more pampering and personable approach if you want to attract wonderful mothers who are willing to travel and to pay more for your dresses. Shows would be helpful to have in stock also.

The experience working with Queen's Lace was wonderful. There were so many great dress options. The shop owner helped me choose the best dress. It was a difficult decision because there were 3 dresses that were contenders. In the end my dress was absolutely perfect. This helped me feel confident on my daughter's Wedding Day. She married the love of her life. Her comments were "Best Day Ever!! Thanks Mom and Dad"

Thank you for a positive experience. I was feeling very down about finding something, and Jenny was able to help me find the dress. I gave 4 stars because if I could have looked at the dresses (I realize I couldn't touch) with her to see what I might like to try/was available, I would have felt fully satisfied. With the cost of the dress and need to make the decision right then, that would have helped put my mind at ease. I am trusting that all the alterations I need will be able to be done to have that exceptional dress. The number of recommendations was overwhelming!

Amazing staff, inventory, sizes, efficiency. Makes the mom feel like the bride! Such special attention, moms own room for modeling. Exciting, unique , WOW dresses. Made other dresses I had liked at other places, seem boring . Could not have been happier with the service and the fun!
