Very friendly and welcoming ladies who know their business! Only took thirty minutes to find a great gown for daughters wedding and also were very helpful in finding alterations appointment the same day. I came from 3 hrs away to shop at store and was not disappointed. Will be back next year for another dress for another daughter’s wedding …

I had the best experience at The Queen's Lace. The staff was incredibly welcoming and so helpful to work with. I had no idea what style of dress I was looking for and they were so kind and complimentary. They made me feel very confident in choosing the PERFECT gown. Service wasnt as good as the first time I bought a dress there. Staff seemed rushed. Disappointed did not receive as much attention and less time spent with us talking about wedding. My dress is pretty

After trying on dresses as major department stores and ordering internationally, I was still not pleased. With three week til the wedding, I decided to make an appointment. Kim helped me find a gown that made me feel beautiful. I wish I had made The Queen's Lace my first stop, passing the agonizing, expensive, frustrating two month search. I was very hesitant going dress shopping as a Mother of the groom with an imperfect body and uncertain color options! I am a plus sized woman so dress shopping is never fun! I walked in and Katie was that warm welcome I needed! She reassured me everything was going to be alright and open myself up for styles I would not normally try! I’ve never had such a pleasant experience! Every dress I put on, all the stylists commented and I was instantly a movie star! The owner, Kim, was absolutely an inspiration and we just had that Mom to Mom talk that just felt like one of my friends giving me reassurance! There’s something about kindness and compassion that just makes you feel beautiful! I found the perfect dress for my body and I can’t wait to stand with my Son for his day! This was my third wedding but ( unfortunately) only the first time I had heard about Queen’s Lace! I’m a big woman (5’9” and 200+lbs) and I wasn’t sure what style works best with my figure.
