Our Story

As the mother of two boys, I have truly enjoyed all the excitement.  Sports teams, sleep overs, memorable vacations and putting their needs first no matter what was how we rolled. The wedding planning process is similar.  Mothers helping their children during what can be an overwhelming time. A time that is justifiably about the bride and groom.  I want to create a moment for mothers and grandmothers to also be celebrated and rewarded for getting their children to this important life milestone. 

Let’s face it, finding a dress for mothers and grandmothers of the bride and groom can be difficult. We want to make it something wonderful. A moment when moms and grandmothers can feel supported from the instant they walk through the door. A moment where they can be surrounded by their friends in a “say yes to the dress” shopping experience or enjoy a more private experience with just themselves and a stylist. A moment where they are treated to first class service. A moment filled with beautiful dresses, an inviting and comfortable boutique and a stress-free, personalized dress shopping experience.

Our goal is for every mother and grandmother of the bride or groom to find a dress that makes her feel beautiful, confident, and excited for the wedding. Their time at The Queen's Lace is the day to say thank you and to give them energy for the rest of the planning journey. It becomes another memorable moment in the wedding planning process; where mothers can feel like the queens they are.
